The product is made of high-quality talc raw materials, which is a magnesite silicate mineral, mainly composed of magnesium oxide and silicon dioxide. The color of this product is white and gray. Aggregates are usually in the form of coarse or fine scales and dense blocks. Density: 2.58 to 2.83 Hardness: 1.0 Pearl or oily luster, smooth and slippery, translucent or transparent, heated to 600℃ water begins to evaporate, and when fully discharged, 880℃ to 970℃, it turns into enstatite.

This product is mainly used in high-end industrial coating topcoat, mid-to-high-end plastic product manufacturing, hot melt adhesive, sealant, underwater adhesive, various industrial ceramics, papermaking, rubber, ink and other related industries.
When used in high-end industrial coating topcoat, it can play a skeleton role, reduce manufacturing costs and improve the paint film hardness of the coating. It can mainly increase the stability of product shape, tensile strength, shear strength, bending strength, pressure strength, reduce deformation, elongation, thermal expansion coefficient, and has the characteristics of uniform particle size and strong dispersibility. The dry powder of talcum powder has high brightness, good hue in both water-based and oil-based systems, and is easy to wet and disperse in all liquid coatings, such as organic solvents, varnishes, alkyds and water-based systems. Only moderate stirring is required during the dispersion process, and it has good compatibility with various pigments, latexes, and auxiliary additives.
Used in the field of mid-to-high-end plastic product manufacturing, it can effectively improve the molding shrinkage, surface hardness, surface scratch resistance and processing fluidity of plastic products, and improve their heat resistance.
Used in hot melt adhesives, sealants, and underwater adhesives to enhance fillers, it can not only reduce costs, reduce the shrinkage of hot melt adhesives during curing, change the crystallization rate, and prevent glue penetration, but also improve the heat resistance of hot melt adhesives, the aging resistance of sealants, electrical properties, hardness and other physical properties.
